This project was a customized king-size solid wood bed frame that was made to fit 5 Tatami pieces. The main aim was to have a light and portable bed frame. This was easily achieved as the material is made of Nyatoh Solid Wood and it was using the Wood Joint Concept which makes is the best solution for our client’s needs. The client opted for a bed frame instead of a storage platform to make the room spacious and because there was no need for a hidden storage compartment. As the bed frame is easy to set up and disassemble, it makes it more convenient for the user to reassemble it at a different location. This was the optimal choice for our client whose job requires him to travel overseas occasionally.

Single Size Solid Wood Platform

Description

The Solid Wood Joint Platform was made to the size of a single-size bed. The design of the wooden platform is aesthetically pleasing to the eye and can be very calming to one’s self. The strong point of this Nyatoh Solid Wood Platform is that the storage compartment is within the platform itself and non-essential items can be easily accessed through the sliding doors or through the top storage panel. The platform is not fixed to the floor or the walls so it can be moved to different areas of the room or house if required. The material itself is light compared to other bed frames and the solid wood joint concept is easy to assemble and take apart.

The Nyatoh Solid-wood Joint Platform was made to replicate the measurements of a Queen-size bed. The uniqueness of this platform that sets it apart from other bed frames, is that it is made through the Japanese Wood Joint Concept. Our clients liked that the Japanese Wood Joint Concept makes the Nyatoh Solid-wood Joint Platform independent and not fixed to the floor or the walls. Another plus point is that it is easy to assemble and easy to take apart. This makes it convenient for clients to move it to another home or room if required. Overall, it gives off a zen feeling which adds to the aesthetic of the room. The platform itself is very functional as it has two different ways to access the hidden storage. One way is through the sliding doors and the other is through the top storage panel
