Annual Cleaning Service
We offer a Basic Cleaning Service for our Tatami range items.
The Basic Cleaning Service is for a basic cleaning of Tatami Igusa items only and can only be redeemed once a year at our showroom. This service is available in Singapore only. Please read all terms and conditions carefully before making use of this service.
- Clients are required to drop off and pick up their Tatami items from the showroom. This is a self-pickup and self-drop-off service only. Appointment basis only.
- The cleaning service will require approximately 14 days.
- If you are unable to send it in on your appointment day, you are required to inform us one day earlier so that we are able to cancel the booking on our end. Once we have cancelled the booking, you may reschedule it again based on the availability date slot on the website. Last-minute bookings & cancellations are not allowed.
- Eligibility for the Lifetime Free Annual Cleaning starts one year after purchase and purchase before 1st January 2026.
- Tatami Shop Pte Ltd does not do any repairs due to different degrees of damage.
- Tatami Shop Pte Ltd is not liable for any damages caused by external delivery service providers engaged by the client or by Tatami Shop Pte Ltd. Please wrap your items securely before sending your items to external delivery providers.
- Items sent for servicing must be collected within 7 days from the first notification of collection. Items not collected within 7 days after the first notification, storage charges will be applied according to the number of items and number of days kept as advised by Tatami Shop Pte Ltd
- Tatami Shop Pte Ltd. has the right to dispose of items that have not been collected within 2 months of notifying the client to pick up items. Tatami Shop Pte Ltd will give two reminder messages to clients to pick up the item.
- The client is obligated to pay Tatami Shop Pte Ltd. for storage if they have not done so. Tatami Shop Pte Ltd. has the right to refuse the return of the item until payment is made.
- Tatami Shop Pte Ltd has the right to refuse service to clients who do not follow the terms & conditions of Tatami Shop Pte Ltd and of the terms & conditions of the Annual Cleaning service.
- All Terms & Conditions are subject to change at the sole discretion of Tatami Shop Pte Ltd.
