The bar owner recognized the need for a dedicated space where staff could rest, relax, and nap during working hours. With operations extending until 2-3am, proper rest facilities became essential for staff wellbeing. The natural fragrance of Igusa grass in the tatami helps workers feel calm and peaceful, providing the comfort and proper rest they need during demanding late-night shifts.

The calming properties of authentic Igusa grass tatami create a naturally peaceful atmosphere. The mat black fabric border was specifically chosen to complement the bar's dark, sophisticated vibe while maintaining the wellness benefits of traditional Japanese craftsmanship.
