I was patiently guided by the staff at Tatami Shop in learning about Tatami Shop's various type of materials - futon, Ikusa, Hinoki. Although I did not make my purchase at that particular day, but some time later, the staff still offered sincere hospitality. With my subsequent purchase of the four-fold classic five cm Tatami Mattress, I benefitted from a more wholesome night of rest. As someone who was previously using earthing mat as my sleeping cover, the change to Tatami Mattress provided more robust and sturdy support for my body at my night time sleep , and waking up in the day with a more sense of reinvigoration after a night's sleep.

Amazing service! Fuss free. Made it so easy to order stuff and have it delivered so fast. Attentive, thorough and efficient. Just bought an item with the National Day sales. Have always loved the tatami whether for bed, yoga mat, foldable seats etc. and they are lasting. Have been using the tatami, the futon and the yoga mat for nearly 5 years. The bed and futon have been so good for me because I have backaches. My sleep has improved tremendously. And it is easy to keep it clean. It is also very cooling especially for the afternoon naps in this hot weather. Really has been worth it.
